Grundy County Memorial Hospital continues to improve health care in local commnities through the "Touch a Life Phase II" building project.
The lives touched by Grundy County Memorial Hospital are your friends, your neighbors and your family. Our vision is to provide the best outcome for every patient, every time. With you in mind, we began the Touch a Life campaign to ensure that you and your loved ones have access to the best possible healthcare when it matters most. In late spring 2009, GCMH broke ground on the project which includes a new 18 bed Acute Care Unit, a new Emergency Department and changes to the current Surgery area. Highlights of the new building project include: Acute Care Unit Emergency Department Surgery
These improvements to GCMH are being made with patient care in mind. Modernization and improvements made during Touch a Life Phase II will help improve health in the community. "I think we have great staff here who are willing to look to the future and surgeons who choose to come here. We're here to care for you and you are our reason why we are choosing to do this building project." The Phase II project will cost approximately $13.5 million. The GCMH Foundation has a goal of raising $600,000 for this building project. We welcome your support of GCMH through contributions made to the Phase II project. Naming opportunities are available in the newly constructed building, and online donations are welcome. Please find both by following the links below.
