GCMH Foundation Welcomes New Board Members

Grundy County Memorial Hospital (GCMH) is pleased to announce that the Grundy County Memorial Hospital Foundation Board has appointed three new board members. The new board members are: Jeff Carson of Grundy Center, General Manager of Grundy Center Municipal Utilities, Melody Hoy of Eldora, Pharmacist at Eldora Health Mart Pharmacy, and Jay Lynch of Grundy Center, Senior Vice President at Farmers Savings Bank in Beaman.
The new board members will join nine other members, including: Mary Doak of Grundy Center, Joyce Schmidt of Grundy Center, Arnold Schultz of Grundy Center, Corey Larson of Eldora, Jerry Bakker of Grundy Center, Esther Blythe of Wellsburg, Pamela Delagardelle of Grundy Center, Marcia Dudden of Dike, and Kate Durbin of Parkersburg.
“We feel fortunate to add these three individuals to our Board.” says Mary Doak, Board President. “Their varied background and experience complements our current Board’s attributes. The Foundation, which was established in 1990, has been sustained and supported by willing volunteers as these who generously share their talents and resources. I know I speak for the Board in saying we look forward to continuing the Foundation’s mission of growing a culture of philanthropy in the communities served by Grundy County Memorial Hospital as we enter into a very exciting time for the hospital.”
