Grundy County Memorial Hospital Foundation

Grundy County Memorial Hospital Foundation, a non-profit organization, was established in 1990 for educational, charitable, religious and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation’s purpose is to attract, support, administer and disburse contributions and grants, which benefit Grundy County Memorial Hospital.  Its twelve-member board of directors represents a cross section of Grundy County and the surrounding area.
